Refund and Returns Policy

At Samgemur, we are committed to ensuring your experience is smooth and satisfying. If you’re not fully in love with your purchase, we offer flexible return and exchange options to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return within:

    • 7 days of delivery (UAE customers)

    • 14 days of delivery (International customers)

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-stitched or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance products

  • Accessories, scarves, or intimate apparel (due to hygiene)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at samgemur.sm@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Product images (if needed)

  2. We will review and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of your refund or exchange eligibility.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you’d like a different size or style, please request a return and place a new order.

  • We currently do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges to ensure inventory accuracy.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged, defective, or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Send an email with clear photos, and we will offer:

    • A replacement (if available),

    • A refund, or

    • Store credit, based on your preference.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For exchanges, store credit will be issued for new purchases if requested.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they are not yet processed.

  • Once shipped or customized, cancellations are not possible.
